Located in one of the poorest and structurally-weaker counties in Kenya, girls in Turkana are born into socio-economic inequality. These girls face the societal pressures of early marriages and lack access to both education and employment opportunities.
The Innovation
Hands on technical training curriculum with apprenticeship opportunities followed by post grad placements. This boarding school also trains in eco solutions for Turkana.
